Between us, we have bought 10 houses. Fred was by far the best agent we have ever had, hands down. He is the nicest guy, and most of all, forthright and trustworthy. He never let us down during the entire process of searching for and finding a home and closing the deal. He went out of his way on several occasions to make our lives easier during the purchase of our home.
Fred never gave up. When he need to contact us, he kept trying until he reached us. He was very persistent, and never let communications lag. He never allowed any issues to stop short of immediate attention. We never felt that Fred was pushy. He was always eager to be a part of everything in an authentic and caring manner.
We are grateful that Fred came into our lives and helped us so very much. He was even good with other things that don't involve paperwork. He often was required to be a therapist, a brother, a father, and a friend. He was gentle and never judgmental. He could relate to our stresses on every level.
We will recommend Fred to all our friends and family. He is quite a guy.
